On this Episode of Unbound Conversations
Following his father’s death, Owen felt alone and lost. At 12 years old, he wrote a letter to a Maori tribe in New Zealand, hoping to reconnect with his roots. The tribe responded by telling him about his ancestry and that he belonged. This connection filled him with joy replacing his loneliness with a sense of belonging.
In this episode, we explore how his childhood experience of loss, discovery and connection have shaped his approach to coaching, leadership and his exceptional work with high performing organisations and much more.
